1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the MLIVM website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Our Services

2.1 What We Do

MLIVM provides recurring lawn care across Northwest Indiana, including weekly or biweekly mowing along with edging, trimming, and blow-off. Service availability depends on your address being inside our service area, which we confirm when you get a quote.

2.2 Quotes and Estimates

Quotes are based on the lawn size and details we measure from your address. If the actual property is significantly different than what we measured (for example, a much larger lawn, heavy growth, or obstacles), we may adjust the price and will let you know before continuing.

2.3 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and may change over time. We will give you notice before changing the price of your ongoing service. Prices do not include applicable taxes or optional add-on services unless stated otherwise.

3. Scheduling and Property Access

3.1 Service Schedule

Recurring service runs on the schedule you pick (weekly or biweekly). We assign you to a route and arrive within a service window on your scheduled day. You can view upcoming visits, reschedule, or skip a week from your account.

3.2 Property Access

Please make sure our crew can reach and work in your yard on service days. That means unlocking gates, keeping pets indoors, and removing toys, hoses, furniture, or other obstacles from the lawn. You can save access notes (like a gate code or "latch the gate") to your account. If we cannot safely access the lawn, we may skip that visit and you may still be charged for the scheduled service.

3.3 Safety

For everyone's safety, our crew will not mow over hidden objects, work around unsecured pets, or service a lawn we judge to be unsafe (for example, hazards, severe slopes, or standing water). If we have to skip a visit for safety reasons, we will let you know and reschedule where possible.

4. Weather

4.1 Weather Rescheduling

Weather happens. When rain or unsafe conditions affect your scheduled day, we automatically move your visit to the next available day and text you the updated date. You do not need to do anything.

4.2 Growth and Seasonality

Grass grows faster in some seasons than others. During heavy-growth periods we may recommend adjusting your schedule, and during dormant periods (such as drought or late season) we may pause or space out visits. We will let you know before making changes to your plan.

5. Billing and Payment

5.1 Card on File and Recurring Billing

Recurring service requires a valid payment method on file. By signing up, you authorize MLIVM to automatically charge your card on file for each completed visit and for any add-on services you request. We send a digital receipt for each charge.

5.2 Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed, we will attempt to reach you to update your payment method. Repeated payment failures may result in pausing or suspending your service until billing is resolved.

6. Cancellation and Changes

6.1 Minimum Commitment

Recurring mowing has a short minimum commitment: you can cancel anytime after 3 mows. This lets us hold your spot on the route and keep service consistent for your street.

6.2 Cancelling, Pausing, or Changing Your Plan

After the minimum commitment, you can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us. You can also pause service, switch between weekly and biweekly, or place a vacation hold. Cancellation stops future scheduled visits; you are still responsible for any service already completed.

7. Satisfaction and Re-Service

7.1 If Something Looks Off

We want your lawn handled right. If you are not satisfied with a completed visit, contact us within 48 hours and we will come back to make it right at no extra charge.

7.2 Property and Service Issues

If you believe our crew caused damage to your property, please let us know within 48 hours, ideally with photos, so we can review it and resolve it fairly.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MLIVM and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website or systems.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MLIVM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through our services by any third party

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MLIVM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MLIVM operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
