What you'll do
- Respond to customer messages, calls, and emails
- Help customers schedule, skip, and reschedule visits
- Coordinate with crews on special requests
- Spot and flag recurring issues to the team
What we're looking for
- Great written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with web apps and a help inbox
- Patient, warm, and organized
- Customer service experience a plus
