Crew Leads set the pace and the standard. You will manage your truck, mentor crew members, handle on-site customer questions, and make sure every lawn on your route is done right and on time.
What you'll do
- Lead and schedule a 2–3 person crew
- Own route quality, timing, and customer communication
- Train new crew members on the MLIVM standard
- Report route status through the crew app
What we're looking for
- 1+ year of lawn care or landscaping experience
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record
- Comfortable leading a small team
- Strong communication and reliability
